The Samsung Galaxy M40 has been officially launched in India. The Galaxy M series’s latest smartphone Samsung Galaxy M40 will start selling on June 18 and it costs Rs 19,990. Talking about the key features, the Galaxy M40 comes with full-HD + Infinity O Display, Triple Rear Camera Setup and Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 processor. 

This is the first smartphone in its segment which is equipped with “Screen Sound” technology. With the help of this technology, the display produces audio vibration. In the market, the Galaxy M40 will clash with handset brands such as HMD Global, Realme and Xiaomi.

Samsung Galaxy M40 Specifications and Features

Samsung Galaxy M40 will run on the OneIi based on Android 9.0 pie. It has a 6.3-inch full-HD + infinity o display. This is the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The display panel comes with the company’s screen sound technology. It produces audio vibration in the handset. The phone has an Adreno 612 GPU and 6 GB RAM with the Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor.

Galaxy M40 has triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor is 32 megapixels. It comes with AI Sean Optimizer and F / 1.7 lens. There is a 5 megapixel secondary camera on the rear side. It is also a depth sensor. The third camera is of 8 megapixels, it comes with ultra wide angle lenses. 

The phone has support for 4 video recording, slow-mo and hyperlaps. The phone has been given a 16-megapixel sensor for selfie.

Inbound storage of Samsung Galaxy M40 is 128 GB, and it is possible to use MicroSD card up to 512GB if needed. The phone’s connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS / A-GPS and USB Type-C port.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 will be sold in India for 19,990 rupees. It will come with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The handset will start selling on June 18 at 12 noon. The phone will be sold on Amazon India and Samsung Online Shop. It will be available in Midnight Blue and Seawater Blue Gradient.

Subscribers will get a profit of Rs 3,110 in the Jio Recharge of Rs 198. Vodafone and Idea subscribers who buy Galaxy M40 will get a cashback of Rs 3,750 with Recharge of Rs 255.
